1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the lick33 platform — including its website at lick33.net, any associated mobile-optimised interface, and all services therein including the lick33 Casino and lick33 sportsbook — you ("the User") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), the lick33 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and all other policies and guidelines published by lick33 from time to time.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the lick33 platform. Your continued use of lick33 following the posting of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such amendments.

2 Eligibility & Registration

Use of lick33 is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age. lick33 operates a strict 18+ policy and will not knowingly permit underage individuals to register or access any part of the platform.
• You are registering for a personal account in your own name and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from lick33, nor have you requested self-exclusion and are currently within an active exclusion period.
• The provision of online gambling services is not prohibited by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of use. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of your participation and to comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.
• You are not an officer, director, employee, contractor, or agent of lick33 or its parent, affiliated, or subsidiary companies, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

lick33 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed to lick33's satisfaction.

3 Account Management

Each user may maintain only one registered account on lick33. The opening of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, lick33 may close all duplicate accounts without notice, void all bets and bonuses associated with those accounts, and forfeit any balances therein.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your lick33 account. You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your email address and password, and must not disclose them to any third party. You agree to notify lick33 immediately upon becoming aware of any actual or suspected unauthorised use of your account by contacting lick33 support at the email address specified at the foot of this page.

Identity verification ("KYC") is required by lick33 as a condition of processing withdrawals and, in some cases, large deposits. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the KYC process. Submission of fraudulent or misleading documentation is a material breach of these Terms and may be reported to relevant authorities.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

lick33 supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods, subject to availability at the time of transaction:

• Easypaisa mobile wallet
• HBL (Habib Bank Limited)
• UBL (United Bank Limited)
• Meezan Bank
• Bank Alfalah

All funds deposited into your lick33 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. lick33 does not accept third-party payments. Any funds identified as originating from a third-party source may be voided and the account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to KYC completion, wagering requirement clearance where applicable, and lick33's internal fraud and compliance checks. lick33 reserves the right to apply reasonable processing timelines and to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed within the lick33 account cashier section.

lick33 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Any applicable fees on withdrawals will be disclosed within the cashier section at the time of the transaction.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

lick33 offers various bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the bonus is made available. General bonus terms applicable to all lick33 promotions include the following:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated claim window and will expire if not used within the stated validity period.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• lick33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification will not apply retrospectively to bonuses already accepted and in active use by a player.
• Bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or placing opposing bets to guarantee bonus clearance — is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all related funds.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless lick33 expressly states otherwise in the relevant promotion terms.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing a bet or participating in any casino game on lick33, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All bets are final once confirmed. lick33 will not cancel or void a confirmed bet except in circumstances where lick33 determines at its sole discretion that the bet was placed on the basis of manifest error, corrupted odds, or in connection with suspicious activity.
• lick33 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse bets from any user at any time, without obligation to provide a reason.
• In the event of a technical failure or system error during a gaming session, any game round that cannot be completed will be treated in accordance with the relevant game provider's rules, which will generally result in the return of the stake for the incomplete round.
• Cricket betting markets, including PSL, international Test matches, ODIs, and T20I formats, are governed by lick33's sports betting rules, which are available within the sportsbook section of the platform.
• Casino games, including live dealer games, slots, and table games, are subject to the rules of the individual game as set by the licensed game provider. lick33 is not responsible for errors in game software attributable to third-party providers.

7 Responsible Gaming

lick33 is committed to responsible gaming and provides a suite of tools to help players manage their activity. These tools are available to all registered users within their account settings and include:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Session time limits: Receive alerts when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your access to lick33 for a defined period.
• Self-exclusion: Request permanent exclusion from lick33. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within a reasonable timeframe and are irreversible for the duration of the chosen exclusion period.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on lick33 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to appropriate legal authorities:

• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the lick33 platform.
• Collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the lick33 platform or its games.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use lick33 for illicit financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identification or financial documentation to lick33.
• Accessing lick33 from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law, including the use of VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your lick33 account by a third party, including minors.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the lick33 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and software — is the property of lick33 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the lick33 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any lick33 content without the prior written consent of lick33.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lick33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the lick33 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity. lick33's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the six (6) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

lick33 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform and shall not be liable for any disruption, downtime, or technical failure, whether caused by lick33's own systems or by third-party service providers including game studios, payment processors, or telecommunications providers.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

lick33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, where lick33 determines at its sole and absolute discretion that:

• The user has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account is being used in connection with fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity.
• The user has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• lick33 is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or law enforcement agency.

Upon account closure, any confirmed real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) remaining after the deduction of any amounts owed to lick33 will be returned to the user via the payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the completion of KYC verification. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

12 Amendments to Terms

lick33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where lick33 makes a material change to these Terms, it will endeavour to notify registered users via email to their registered address and/or by posting a prominent notice on the lick33 platform prior to the change taking effect. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of lick33 following the effective date of any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using lick33 immediately.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable international online gaming law as determined by the jurisdiction under which lick33 is licensed. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to lick33's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant licensing jurisdiction.

Pakistani users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of lick33 complies with all applicable Pakistani laws and regulations. lick33 makes no representation that the services described on this platform are lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
